Teresa creatively utilizes the ‘staging’ materials that exist within the client's home; her expertise as a stager focuses on the potential buyers eye, versus the seller's eye. She is able to assist the seller in the difficult transition from the homeowner to becoming the seller. Teresa's ultimate goal is the same as the seller's and the realtor's goal...to see ‘SOLD’ on their ‘FOR SALE’ sign. The Consultation includes a personalized report and one hour of her staging expertise, starting at a price which is discussed before the day of consultation. The report is the guideline as to what needs to be accomplished and improved for the sell of their home. This personalized report will be sent via email or by mail, whichever the client prefers. The staging and shopping, if necessary, is an additional fee thereafter, which is also discussed before the consultation.
